Live Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Marsh & McLennan is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to work from home in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong work ethic, independence, and adaptability. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through live chat support - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with customers - Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction - Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Leadership skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and live chat software - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - Availability to work part-time hours
