Job Description:
AutoNation is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to work from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a resilient and resourceful individual with strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage the live chat platform and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. 2. Train and supervise a team of chat support representatives. 3. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. 4. Analyze chat data and provide insights to improve customer service processes. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner. 7. Implement best practices for live chat communication and customer engagement. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and team members.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in customer service or chat support roles. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
