Live Chat Manager - Work from home

As the Live Chat Manager at DAMAC Properties, you will be responsible for managing our online chat platform to engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales. This part-time, work from home position requires a highly motivated individual with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat agents to ensure quick response times and high-quality customer interactions. 2. Monitor chat conversations to provide guidance, support, and feedback to agents. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates. 4. Analyze chat data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align chat strategies with overall business goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.

Requirements: 1. At least 8 years of experience in a customer service or online chat management role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively lead a remote team. 3. Adaptable and energetic personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 4. Experience in people management and strategic planning. 5. Proficiency in chat platform technologies and analytics tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
