Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and resilient Live Chat Officer to join our team at Dubai Internet City. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong persuasion skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide information and assistance in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and efficiently - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong persuasion skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
