Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Live Chat Officer to join our team at HP in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time associate level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through live chat - Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask - Strong time management and planning skills - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in a fast-paced environment
