Job Description - Live Chat Officer

Job Description:


Genesis Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are confident, resourceful, and excel in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with individuals online - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels - Keep up to date with product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Confident and resourceful approach to problem-solving - Ability to deliver presentations or information in a clear and concise manner
