Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Fidelity National Financial is seeking a passionate and resourceful Live Chat Officer to join our team in Dubai, AE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat conversations - Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with live chat software - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
