Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Monsanto is seeking a passionate and motivated Live Chat Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, as a part-time associate level position. This role will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our customers through live chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any problems that may arise - Proactively engage with customers to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in typing and using live chat software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Ability to work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment - High-speed internet connection - Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
