Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Live Chat Representative to join our team at VF in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via live chat on our website. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Utilize strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for improving the live chat process. 5. Conduct presentations to train and educate team members on best practices for live chat communication.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 3. Experience with live chat software and CRM systems preferred. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Previous experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.
