Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

As a Remote Live Chat Representative at Home Depot, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat communication. You will assist customers with product inquiries, order support, and troubleshooting issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting special offers and product recommendations to increase sales.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Assist customers with order placement and tracking - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales - Motivated and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
