Live Chat Representative

Job Description: Mohawk Industries is seeking a motivated and energetic Live Chat Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat interactions. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Assist customers with order processing and tracking. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 7. Stay up to date on company products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Work with the team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention. 9. Utilize data and analytics to drive strategic initiatives and make informed decisions.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Driven and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong teamwork and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
