Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Capital One Financial is seeking a passionate and independent Live Chat Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Demonstrate creativity in finding innovative solutions to customer problems. 3. Conduct research to respond accurately and efficiently to customer queries. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written communication skills in English. 3. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries. 6. Comfortable with technology and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
