Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Ecolab is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Live Chat Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Entry Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat communication.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner through live chat. - Providing product information, pricing, and order assistance to customers. - Conducting online sales consultations and guiding customers through the purchasing process. - Identifying and escalating any complex issues or complaints to the appropriate department. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Adhering to company policies and guidelines for customer communication. - Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
