Job Description:

PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Chat Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time entry-level position, the Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate, energetic, and possess strong time management and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide product information, resolve issues, and answer inquiries - Proactively promote PepsiCo products and promotions to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide satisfactory resolutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms - Passion for providing excellent customer service - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Creativity in problem-solving and thinking outside the box
