Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and resourceful Live Chat Representative to join our team at Foot Locker in Dubai. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Confidence and resourcefulness in handling customer inquiries - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
