Job Description:

Emerson Electric is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Handle customer complaints effectively and resolve conflicts in a timely manner. 4. Maintain a positive attitude and promote a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service quality. 6. Meet performance goals and metrics set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 5. Creativity in finding innovative solutions to customer problems. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 7.
