We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative at State Farm Insurance Cos. in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Live Chat Representative, your responsibilities will include providing customer support through live chat, answering queries, resolving issues, and guiding customers on insurance products and services. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be quick to think on your feet, and have a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
