Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Stryker, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a talented and motivated Live Chat Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi, AE.

As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and support. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must be confident in your communication skills and have the ability to adapt to different situations. Critical thinking and analytical skills are also essential in order to effectively troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions.

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives within the company. This requires a proactive and innovative mindset, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 year of customer service experience and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. While previous experience in a live chat or remote customer service role is preferred, it is not required.
