Job Description:


Dollar General is seeking a reliable and resilient Live Chat Representative to join our team remotely from Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately. 4. Utilize strategic planning to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently. 5. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet or exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong strategic planning skills to effectively address customer needs. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
