Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

D.R. Horton, a leading home construction company, is seeking a motivated and driven Live Chat Representative to work from home in Dubai, AE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with potential home buyers.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to answer inquiries, provide information about available properties, and assist with any issues or concerns. - Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions that meet their needs. - Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking ownership of customer concerns and ensuring they are followed through to resolution. - Collaborate with sales representatives and marketing teams to provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties and promotions. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with customers in a virtual environment. - Strong critical thinking skills to quickly assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Motivated and driven personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting. - Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure clear communication with customers. - Comfortable using live chat software and other virtual communication tools.
