Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

MGM Resorts International is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Live Chat Specialist in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with any questions or issues they may have - Provide information about our services, promotions, and events - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals for response time and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in all communications - Ability to work well in a team environment - Basic computer skills and proficiency with chat software - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
