Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Dubai Metro. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our online chat platform. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address their queries, provide information, and resolve issues - Create a positive and professional interaction with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Monitor chat performance metrics and strive to meet or exceed set targets

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically - Adaptable and confident personality, with a strong work ethic - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent required
