Live Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Kellogg is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to work from home in Dubai. The Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing support to customers through live chat, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. This role requires an individual with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and rapport - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - Confident and driven personality - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Proficiency with live chat systems and online communication tools - Good typing speed and accuracy - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
