Aldar Properties is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to work remotely from home in Dubai. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support to ensure a seamless customer experience. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently through live chat - Provide accurate information about Aldar Properties products and services - Assist customers with online purchases, bookings, and general inquiries - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent customer service across all channels - Track and record customer interactions for quality assurance purposes

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Adaptable and able to work effectively in a remote environment - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate with team members - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
