Job Description:
Philip Morris International is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the Online Account Support Assistant will play a crucial role in providing support to our online account management team.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist with managing online customer accounts, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to improve online customer experience. 4. Monitor online account activity and identify opportunities for growth. 5. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in online account management. 6. Provide support for online marketing campaigns and promotions. 7. Assist in analyzing online account performance metrics and reporting on key insights.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in online account management or a similar role. 3. Confident and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
