Job Description:
We are looking for a diligent and proactive Online Account Support Assistant to join our team at Al Ghurair Group in Abu Dhabi. As an Online Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our online account holders and ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding online account management - Assist customers with account setup, password resets, and troubleshooting technical issues - Process customer requests for account updates, changes, and cancellations - Provide guidance to customers on how to navigate our online platform and utilize account features effectively - Work closely with the customer support team to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements to the online account system - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online account support - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and resourceful attitude with a knack for problem-solving - Adaptability to changes and a high level of emotional intelligence - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
