Job Description - Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:


As an Online Account Support Assistant at Oneok in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients using the online platform. Your main duties will include assisting customers with their account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions to ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing account changes, updating customer information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support to customers experiencing difficulties with the online platform - Assist customers with account setup, login issues, password resets, and other account-related tasks - Process account changes, updates, and cancellations as requested by customers - Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team for further investigation - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product features, updates, and changes to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Adaptable and independent with the ability to work well under pressure - Excellent persuasion and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail - Proficiency in using online platforms and troubleshooting technical issues - Knowledge of CRM software and help desk systems is a plus
