Job Description:
Norfolk Southern is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Manage and update customer information in the online account system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 3. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted solutions. 4. Assist in the management of online account profiles, including updating contact information, preferences, and security settings. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers, prioritizing understanding and resolution. 7. Assist in the implementation of new online account features and services, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements: 1. Dedicated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service. 2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns and trends. 3. Effective people management skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of individuals. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online account management systems is a plus. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
