Online Account Support Assistant

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for energetic and hardworking individuals with a passion for research and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to customers, ensuring their queries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage online accounts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. 3. Conduct research to resolve customer issues and provide solutions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Assist in creating reports on online account performance and customer feedback. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the online account support process. 7. Assist in training new team members on online account support procedures.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in online account support or customer service. 3. Strong research skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
