Online Account Support Associate

Whirlpool is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: confidence and adaptability. In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate soft skills such as cooperation and innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through online channels, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and account management tasks. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts and provide solutions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or online support role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using online tools and platforms. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
