Job Description - Online Account Support Manager


Job Description:


Emirates NBD is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting online accounts for our valued customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage all online account support functions, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. 2. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to online accounts. 4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvements in online account support. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. 6. Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in online account management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online account support services. 8. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any escalated issues or concerns related to online accounts.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in online account management or a similar role. 3. Excellent time management and planning skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and under pressure. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications. 7. Visa sponsorship, free accommodation, and disability insurance available as benefits.
