Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description: Baxter International is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and supporting online accounts for our various products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and support online customer accounts, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all online support needs. 3. Analyze account performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growing online sales and expanding customer reach. 5. Provide training and support to internal teams on online account management best practices. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement and innovation. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in online account management, preferably in the healthcare industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks. 6. Experience in managing people and teams. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and online account management tools.
