Online Account Support Manager

United Natural Foods is seeking a reliable and dedicated Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to online accounts and assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have. 2. Manage online account relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address any account-specific needs or concerns. 4. Analyze account data and provide insights to improve online account performance. 5. Develop and implement strategies to drive online account growth and retention. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online account management. 7. Monitor online account activity and address any potential issues or risks. 8. Prepare reports and presentations on online account performance and progress.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in online account management or customer support. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities. 6. Persuasive and negotiation skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online account management software.
