Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Williams is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate-level position, the Online Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our online account holders. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with technical issues related to their online accounts - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or escalations - Analyze customer data to identify patterns and trends - Collaborate with internal departments to improve online account functionality and user experience - Negotiate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in online account support or a similar role - Hardworking and resourceful attitude - Strong analytical skills - Excellent negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer support platforms
