Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Leucadia National is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to clients, including account setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance - Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone to address their inquiries and resolve any issues - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients - Use innovative techniques to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Assist in the development and implementation of new strategies to increase account growth - Provide feedback to the development team on any technical issues or enhancements needed for the online platform - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Persuasive skills to influence and retain clients - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment - Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
