Online Account Support Officer

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Account Support Officer to join our team at eBay in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with any account-related inquiries, including but not limited to account setup, password resets, and order tracking - Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to find solutions for customers' inquiries and concerns - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for handling customer information and data

Requirements: - Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service - Reliable and able to work independently - Excellent people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues - Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask efficiently - Good computer skills and familiarity with online platforms - Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus - Must have the ability to work part-time hours and be flexible with scheduling
