Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Avnet is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Providing timely and accurate support to online account holders - Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and phone - Resolving customer issues and technical problems related to online accounts - Educating customers on product features and services - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintaining customer records and account information accurately in the CRM system - Developing thorough knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong adaptability and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven customer service experience - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Knowledge of online account management systems is a plus
