Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an Online Account Support Specialist to join our team at Quintiles Transnational Holdings in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an entry-level position, this role will be part-time and require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient attitude, a strong work ethic, as well as critical thinking and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to our clients, assisting with any technical issues or account-related inquiries - Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and security of information - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Assist with onboarding new clients, providing training and support as needed - Monitor and analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive and seamless experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - 1 year of experience in a customer support or account management role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
