Job Description:
Mosaic is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who possesses strong soft skills such as innovation and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to clients through email, chat, and phone interactions. 2. Assist customers with account setup, login issues, and general inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. 2+ years of experience in online account support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 5. Knowledge of online account management best practices. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed. 8. Fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
