Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

News Corp. is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. - Assist customers with account setup, login issues, billing inquiries, and other account-related tasks. - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements: - Driven and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to persuade customers. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. - Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred. - Knowledge of online account management systems is a plus.
