Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Aldar Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Assistant will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with online inquiries and support.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their queries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates - Responding to online inquiries and messages in a timely manner - Assisting customers with online transactions and troubleshooting technical issues - Providing information about Aldar Properties' products, services, and promotions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Upholding Aldar Properties' standards of customer service excellence

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong presentation skills - Ability to cooperate effectively with team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online communication tools and software - Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
