Online Call Center Assistant

Job description:

Owens Corning is currently seeking a part-time Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Dubai, AE. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and is perfect for individuals who are driven, adaptable, and possess strong analytical and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing information about our products and services to customers over the phone and via online chat. 3. Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 4. Resolving customer complaints and issues with a high level of customer service and professionalism. 5. Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the company's CRM system. 6. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 7. Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software programs. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
