Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Dubai Properties Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level employee, the Online Call Center Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone, email, and online chat to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and provide feedback on customer interactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response times, and call resolution. 7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the online call center operations.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service tools. 6. Cooperates well with team members and contributes to a positive working environment.
