Job Description:
Realogy Holdings is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and problem-solving support. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Update customer accounts with relevant information. 5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 6. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience. 7. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. 8. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 9. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. 10. Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong project management skills and critical thinking abilities. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. 5. Adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work part-time hours and maintain a flexible schedule. 8. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
