Online Call Center Assistant

Job description:

Citizens Financial Group is currently seeking a part-time Online Call Center Assistant in Dubai. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns through online communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. 2. Providing accurate and detailed information about products, services, and policies. 3. Managing and updating customer accounts as needed. 4. Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met. 5. Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Hardworking and resourceful personality traits. 5. Strong persuasion and planning skills. 6. Proficiency in relevant computer applications. 7. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
