Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

CBRE Group is currently seeking Online Call Center Associates to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Call Center Associate will be responsible for providing customer service and support through various online platforms. The ideal candidate will be independent, resilient, and possess strong project management skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries and concerns. 3. Assist customers with online transactions and issue resolution. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred. 2. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience in handling challenging situations. 4. Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask. 5. Adaptability to new technologies and software platforms. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
