Job Description - Online Call Center Associate

Job description:


Symantec, a global leader in cybersecurity, is looking for dedicated and reliable Online Call Center Associates to join our team in Dubai. As an Online Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through online chat and phone calls.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to quality standards and KPIs set by the company


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Previous customer service experience is a bonus


Personality traits: - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Reliability and accountability in completing tasks


Soft skills: - Attention to detail in handling customer inquiries - Ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members effectively
