Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Harley-Davidson is seeking an Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience, who are motivated and driven to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about Harley-Davidson products and services to customers. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. 5. Conduct research to address customer queries and provide accurate information. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Motivated and driven to exceed customer expectations. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience in customer service or call center role is a plus.
