Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


DAMAC Properties is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Online Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our online call center, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online call center agents, providing leadership and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online call center operations. 3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolution. 5. Train and mentor online call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure the online call center remains competitive and innovative. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, working towards a resolution in a timely manner. 8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment. 3. Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of innovation and finding creative solutions to improve operational efficiency. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software. 8. Experience in managing a remote team is a plus.
