Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team at Weyerhaeuser in Dubai. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our online call center operations to provide exceptional customer service and support to our global customer base.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online call center representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize call center operations and improve overall performance. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Develop training programs for call center representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our call center operations.

Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in call center management or a related field. - Proven track record of successfully managing online call center operations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Driven and dedicated to achieving results. - Emotional intelligence and people management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
